Ben O'Donoghue and Alex Herbert are collaborating with the BIstro H team to bring you a seafood flavoured dinner in one of the most pituresque positions in Port Douglas. Bringing a further special element to the dinner is MC and sustainable seafood expert John Susman of Fishtales. Signed copies of John's book, "Australian Fish and Seafood Cookbook" will be available for purchase on the night
