NOSE TO SCALE. A delicious. EVENT
This year,delicious.is heading to Taste Port Douglas to host a very special 'Nose to Scale' experience.
Held at Harrisons by Spencer Patrick, guests will enjoy a menu of meat and seafood created by Spencer, David Moyle of Franklin in Hobart, and Monty Koludrovic of Icebergs and The Dolphin in Sydney.
On arrival guests will enjoy canapes and a welcome drink. Once settled at the table, dishes championing the best of Queensland's produce will take the limelight, all matched with gorgeous wines.
Hosted by Editor-in-Chief Kerrie McCallum, guests will have a front seat for lively discussion between delicious.Chef and the Butcher monthly columnists Colin Fassnidge of 4Fourteen and Anthony Puharich of Vic's Meat, and seafood expert John Susman of Fisheads, as they talk all things nose to scale. Make sure you don't miss out on your seat at the table for this one-off event!
